Create a New Preservation

There may be a situation where creating an ad-hoc Preservation is needed. For example, a client or manufacturer tells the contractor to do a cautionary oil change as special check on a piece of equipment.

The following steps walk you through how to create a new Preservation.

Step by Step — Create a New Preservation

  1. Click Create New Preservation.
  2. From the Placeholders pop-up window, select a Checklist.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Fill in required preservation detail information.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Select the Execute button to substantiate the record.
